Development pause and resume handoff
This is an intentional development pause. The accepted work is preserved in separate commits; the T09 and T13 commits are reviewed WIP cores, not durable standalone implementations.
Checkpoints
- Completed local checkpoints: T06
2675ea81147e4733de41809ab44768022e4d189b, T07fe7d218195f8f501569c5a1e72f302733340be43, and T080c9197f84167059322621459aeac5e26c1a5bed2. They are complete local checkpoints, but T06–T08 have not been deployed. T08 finished background inventory enrichment with explicit structure-scope consent, pinned public/private facts, truthful partial/failure fallback, and conservative 2,500-row, 192 KiB chunk, 2 MiB aggregate staging limits (with the separate server-side envelope cap documented in the T08 record). Its synthetic checks are not production-capacity evidence. - WIP T09 core:
84f4272709dcd9326214794a1b8f73aed3764e36(wip: checkpoint reviewed T09 inventory query core). Independently accepted projection/query behavior, but indexed Convex projection/cursor persistence and worker/runtime integration are missing. - WIP T13 core:
4c0a98acd250644a8250d6ff55f5a877365b3004(wip: checkpoint reviewed T13 wallet balance core). Independently accepted balance behavior, but durable queue/schema/worker snapshot/failure persistence and UI/routes/assistant registration are missing. - T10, T11, and T12 are not started.
Focused verification completed before the WIP commits:
bun test tests/inventory-query.test.ts # 17 pass, 0 fail, 67 expect() calls
bun test tests/wallet-balance.test.ts # 18 pass, 0 fail, 75 expect() calls
Resume plan
Resume T09 shared integration first. T13 may proceed in parallel only in disjoint files; schema, functions, store, application, and worker changes must be serialized. Do not present either pure core as a production or durable implementation.
Product decisions to preserve:
- One primary login; alternate characters are data-only. An active session links/promotes an alternate, and the primary cannot be disconnected until switched.
- Prototype-first disposable data: no migrations, retention policy, or production gates yet.
- Use a dedicated sync worker. Deduplicate active user/character/dataset work; on uncertain refresh use
reconnect_required. The worker uses a read-only reference catalog. - Inventory all authorized characters, sort names A–Z, page at 50 rows, and keep Unresolved as a separate filter. Never guess locations.
- Wallet opening auto-enqueues stale balances with dedupe, cooldown, and bounded work. Show per-character balances and a wallet-only total only with complete coverage; never combine wallet and asset wealth.
Operational boundary
The last actual deployment was T05 4d3c7a7521cbc2d4757dbea8c20cd9b966bdddbc. Local Convex was wiped for T05 by agreement, and the compatible compiler 3–6 reference Docker volume was rebuilt. New worker secrets/setup and Convex schema require a deliberate later local deployment; do not generate secrets or deploy during this pause. The known nonfatal bun:sqlite build warning remains. Obtain prototype approval before production/T14 work.
The user has now explicitly authorized committing all remaining code and pushing this branch to its existing Gitea upstream. Push authorization is recorded here; the successful push outcome will be recorded only after the normal push command completes. No deploy is authorized.
At the time of this checkpoint, the working tree is clean on main (33 commits ahead of origin/main); the full test/check/build/diff verification and push remain to be performed.
