- Add pino with pino-pretty for structured logging
- Create root logger in index.ts with child loggers per module
- Support log level via PASEO_LOG env var and config.json

- Scripts use process.stdout/stderr for output

- WebSocketServer checks all sessions to determine shouldNotify
- If any client is active on the agent (within 60s), shouldNotify=false
- Add onAgentAttention callback to AgentManager for clean separation
