Drop web_search/web_fetch from researcher and worker agents
...
The researcher now relies on its web skills (firecrawl) through safe_bash
instead of the web tool extensions; the worker's toolset shrinks to
read/write/edit/bash.

clear awaitingAnswer in the input handler, not just on agent_start. had a bug where a master agent's reply, sent while the subagent was still mid-turn, was being consumed as a steer => subagent was left open waiting indefinitely. fixed now

renamed -> caller_ping to ask_question, questions don't end subagent sessions anymore, subagent sessions stay open when waiting for their own subagents to finish
