#### Public mechanic behavior status
Mechanic owners use the shared integrated card hierarchy. The public DTO carries a
stable group ID, owner type, label and optional context, plus explicitly labeled
variants. Each variant provides public behavior text, `modeled` or `not_modeled`
status, and `model` or `authored` display source. Public cards never receive
lifecycle, readiness, revision, fingerprint, or program data.
Every owner group displays one textual `MODELED` or `NOT MODELED` badge beside
its identity. `MODELED` uses the model surface, model border, and blue
informational text. `NOT MODELED` uses neutral borders and muted text. Orange
remains reserved for navigation, focus, and actions. Each behavior block labels
its displayed basis as `MODELED BEHAVIOR` or `AUTHORED DESCRIPTION`.
Talent groups retain Tier I and Tier II variants. Exotic Talents omit Tier II
when the authored source omits it. OS Protocol Talents use a Base variant beside
their existing level and upgrade controls. Skill Chip Talents use Minimum and
Maximum variants in the three-piece section. Specialization tree-rank effects
remain independent groups under their Focus, node, and rank context.
Compact cards visually clamp long behavior text without removing it from the
accessible name or linked detail. Quick views render the same shared card at a
wider reading measure, retain the binary badge, and add `DISPLAY SOURCE` with
`MODELED BEHAVIOR` or `AUTHORED DESCRIPTION`. Global Database results show the
owner category, record name, current public behavior, binary status, and an
explicit registry navigation label. Status is textual at every breakpoint;
mobile places it after identity and before behavior.
When a record represents an ordered progression rather than independent facts,
use the stacked fact treatment. Brand Set bonuses are shown vertically in two-,
three-, then four-piece order; do not add a redundant “3/3 bonuses” badge when
