At a measured 1024px CSS viewport (900px high), the signed-in site header extends the document to 1077px and creates horizontal page scrolling. The account trigger starts at x842.20 and ends at x1077.45. The same result occurs with fine-pointer and emulated coarse-pointer input.
Reproduced on the isolated ISAC Map fixture with its realistic signed-in manager account. The overflowing elements are .account, .desktop-agent-menu, and .desktop-agent-trigger. Map content itself remains within the viewport.
src/lib/components/AppShell.svelte, src/routes/+layout.svelte, and src/app.css are unchanged from base commit bc97711ee6d0cf12ef05e430867daa40e1a45302. This is separate from the wiki Map remediation; the owner explicitly chose to track it separately. No header fix was attempted.
Reproduce
Sign in to a local test application using a realistic account name.
Open ISAC at 1024 × 900 CSS pixels.
Compare document.documentElement.scrollWidth with innerWidth, and inspect the account-trigger bounds.
Repeat with fine and coarse pointers.
Acceptance
No horizontal document overflow at 1024px with realistic signed-in names.
Navigation and account-menu controls remain reachable by keyboard and touch.
Preserve the existing mobile navigation and verify desktop/4K layouts.
