scripts/isac-data-assets.mjs accepts any alphabetic/underscore filename prefix. The managed-image and game-data-icon readers accept only their established prefixes. For example, unexpected-66fd67bb-913b-480f-b594-330d83ebeb78.webp can pass preflight but cannot be read by the application.
Align preflight with the existing per-table reader/producer key contracts, including the library-versus-source-icon distinction. Cover supported prefixes and unsupported keys, including real CLI rejection before target access or backups. Preserve full WebP decoding, metadata checks, shared assets, no-src runtime packaging, transactions and filesystem-error behavior. Do not impose a new ID format without an explicit decision.
