At625914e, src/routes/isac/map/+page.svelte uses native selects for the category filter and location-category relationship. docs/DESIGN_SYSTEM.md requires SearchableAssignment for growing registries/seven-plus options: compact for filters, full for primary relationships.

Preserve All categories/reset and URL filtering, active-only relationship choices, posted categoryId, validation/draft retention, add/edit reset behavior, pending controls, keyboard access and44px narrow/coarse-pointer targets.
