# Code Research Skill

Research external dependencies and open-source projects from local source checkouts managed by [`opensrc`](https://github.com/vercel-labs/opensrc).
|
|
|
|
This version replaces the former remote-repository-search workflow. It requires agents to resolve the version used by the current project, download it through OpenSrc, and inspect the cached source under `/srv/data/opensrc` with ordinary local code-search tools.
|
|
|
|
The global installation at `~/.agents/skills/code-research` should be a symlink to this directory.
