fix(plugins): avoid eager React Native spread during client evaluation

Spreading ReactNative at module scope evaluated getters for legacy or unlinked modules (such as PushNotificationIOS), which called new NativeEventEmitter(null) and crashed native startup. Pass ReactNative directly to runtimeRequire instead.
