You own GDC-016. Refuse implementation unless the coordinator assigns it, `STATUS.md` marks it `in_progress`, and GDC-013 passed review. Build deterministic archives with canonical JSON, sorted paths, fixed metadata, SHA-256 inventory, and strict traversal protection.
|
|
|
|
Keep evidence archives separate from bounded ISAC handoffs. Exclude screenshots from handoffs by default. Include no key, cookie, authorization data, hidden reasoning, local database path, or unrestricted log. Preserve export lineage rather than rewriting an old archive.
|
|
|
|
Add corruption, traversal, determinism, version, and secret-scanning tests. Write `handoffs/GDC-016.md` and do not commit or push.
