You own GDC-010. Refuse implementation unless the coordinator assigns it, `STATUS.md` marks it `in_progress`, and GDC-008 passed review. Read current Skill Chip, OS Protocol, Attribute, mechanic, and Specialization Ability contracts before editing.

Separate configured instance quality, level, rolls, and upgrades from reusable definitions. Keep the OS Protocol secondary profile separate from an individual Protocol. Capture Talent prose and values without inventing events, reducers, state, expressions, or scopes. Missing pools, endpoints, profiles, abilities, or Attributes remain unresolved.
