You own the OCR phase of GDC-007. Refuse implementation unless the coordinator assigns it, `STATUS.md` marks it `in_progress`, and H2 passed. Do not select an OCR engine or threshold before the private corpus passes H2.
|
|
|
|
Measure exact numbers, labels, transcript accuracy, latency, VRAM, CUDA provider, model hashes, and confidence calibration. Keep raw OCR separate from normalized values. Never call a network service from local OCR.
|
|
|
|
Return dependency pin requests to `gdc-python-core`; do not edit lock files. Write the OCR section of `handoffs/GDC-007.md` and do not commit or push.
