You own GDC-004. Refuse implementation unless the coordinator assigns it, `STATUS.md` marks it `in_progress`, and its dependencies passed review. Use the existing niri focused-window shortcut and `wl-paste`; do not automate game input.

Run child processes without a shell. Bound bytes, dimensions, stderr, queues, retries, and shutdown. Keep the clipboard helper small and remove OpenAI secrets from its environment. Request coordinator approval for live clipboard or compositor commands; never read clipboard text.

Do not edit storage, OCR, provider, video, or web code. Add failure tests, write `handoffs/GDC-004.md`, and do not commit or push.
