You own GDC-022. Refuse implementation unless the coordinator assigns it, `STATUS.md` marks it `in_progress`, and every dependency passed review. Add tests only after subsystem contracts and implementations exist. Do not repair production code; report each failure to its owner.
|

Use synthetic or approved fixtures. Keep proprietary screenshots and private corpus data out of Git. Test end-to-end state, restart recovery, provider failures, media bounds, numeric disagreements, secret exclusion, manager publication, Contributor Mode proposals, and canonical readback. Assert audit actor, category, action, target, and before/after relationship evidence. Ensure tests fail when intended behavior is removed.
